• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source code
• Use the app's data or features for commercial resale
• Use the app for any unlawful activity
• Attempt to interfere with or damage the backend services used by the app

Data & Services

Economic calendar data is sourced from publicly available third-party sources (TradingView Economic Calendar). We do not guarantee the timeliness, completeness, or accuracy of this data. Data may be delayed or inaccurate.

The on-device AI feature is experimental. Its outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon for decision-making.

Intellectual Property

The app's design, code, and branding (MacroEvent, WanDao) are owned by the developer and protected by copyright law. These terms do not grant you any intellectual property license.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WanDao and the app's developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use this app, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or business interruption.

Service Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the app and its backend services at any time without notice.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (Hong Kong SAR law applies to users in Hong Kong). Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice.
